Prior to creating ASG Capital, Mr. Cohen spent over twelve years working for various Wall Street firms including Prudential Securities as a Senior Vice President-Investments, Wachovia Securities as a Director-Investments, and Jefferies Inc. as a Senior Vice President-Investments. Mr. Cohen's experience has been focused on advising and managing Institutional Clients (Pension Funds, Family Offices, Private Banks) and High Net Worth Individuals.
Mr. Cohen holds Series 7, Series 3, and Series 66 Securities Licences.
Mr. Cohen has French Nationality, was born in Casablanca, has lived in New York and Miami, and currently resides in Paris, France. He is married with two children and his interests include tennis and golf.
